Founders of the washington state natural

Kevin James founded the original Washington State Natural in 2005.  The goal was to provide a drug free platform for all natural athletes to compete on a level playing field.  In 2014, Lynda Prince helped co promote the event before Lynda and Kevin were married in 2015.

The very first event was hosted at the PUD Auditorium in Everett, Washington in July, 2005.   The majority of shows from 2005 - 2023 occurred in the greater Seattle area, including Marysville, Arlington, Everetty, Tulalip, and Edmonds.

Natural bodybuilding is only possible by the leaders that inspire the athletes to get on stage. Kevin and Lynda James were instrumental in growing drug free athlete excitement in the Pacific Northwest.  Their hard work and dedication led to the largest natural drug free event in the Pacific Northwest, The Washington State Natural and its current promoter, Aaron Orton.
