All athletes will be able to check-in on September 11th at the Host Hotel Lobby from 2pm - 7pm  

Weight and Height Classes will be separated evenly based on entries.

 7:30 PM on Friday, September 11th in the Hotel Convention Center. This is a MANDATORY meeting for both amateurs and professionals. We will be covering competition walks, posing requirements, warnings, number placement, and judging criteria. If you are not present you will not have a competitor button number so make sure to show up! 

Our annual "Transformation Contest" is unique to the Washington State Natural and provides an opportunity to compete by displaying a transformation to the stage. 

This specific division will require a "transformation biography" to be entered in our registration page providing our judges an idea of the journey the competitor experienced to the stage.

In addition, each competitor will provide a "before" photograph that they will allow to be displayed on our monitors prior to their stage walk.

Competitors may where shorts for this division along with sports bra's for female competitors if they choose not to wear a competition suit.

Competitors who are ONLY competing in this division DO NOT need to polygraph prior to the event.

The winning "Transformation Competitor" will be awarded a special prize and have their entire Transformation Bio read on our stage.

Please send Men’s and Women’s Bodybuilding routine and Classic Physique and Women's Physique routine music in MP3 Format within 1 month of our event. Music must be free of any additional content and must be oriented toward a family based event. No curse words or inappropriate content! Routines are up to 1 minute in length for amateurs and 2 minutes for professionals.  Competitors who choose to compete in both Bodybuilding and Classic Physique will only be allowed one routine. Your routine will be conducted in your first class for the division  in the order of events listed. Please state if you are walking out or starting in the middle of the stage with your music attached email. If a competitor does not have their music by the conclusion of registration on Friday, September 11th, House Music will be played for the competitor’s routine. 

Bikini, Physique, FemFit, Wellness, and Figure athletes will be required to do a "stage walk" following their Biography being read during our routine and awards round (Following Judging).

Each competitor will walk to our back line, hit one pose, then walk to our front line and hit 2 poses of their choice, before walking back off stage, in the direction that they entered from.

 Stage Entrance and Exit will come from Stage Right (Audience Left)
