The INBF Cecil Phillips' Classic is the only Natural Sanctioned Pro Qualifier in Oregon. The INBF organization is the most stringent of all natural federations, requiring 10 years of zero performance enhancement use.

Overall Bodybuilding, Bikini, Figure, Physique, and Women's Fit Body categories will all be awarded a WNBF Pro Card upon completion of urinalysis testing while also meeting required competitor quantity. Master's 40+ Categories are eligible for WNBF Pro Status as well!
